Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, identifying, and modifying new and existing formulations of Personal care products for Skin and hair care.
- Have a clear understanding of trends, insights and foresights of products and technologies. Be a good contributor of vision of the company.
- Good understanding about raw materials used in personal care products, their chemistry, interactions & compatibilities, art & science of formulation development combined with knowledge of technology transfer. Support to substantiate Claims.
- Communicate development challenges to management on a timely basis while showing resourcefulness to offer alternative solutions.
- Ensures that assigned projects are executed in a manner, which are compliant with all regulatory guidelines and should fulfil consumer promise.
- Create new and improved process, technology and system to support the organization.
- Should interact with Raw material suppliers/3P unit independently.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Cosmetic Technology/Chemistry/Chemical Technology/Chemical Engineering/ Oil technology/Pharmacology/Pharmaceutics
- Experience: Prior experience in formulation development of personal care products for e.g. skin care, hair care etc. would be an added advantage.
- To be Honest, Logical, Hardworking, Passionate, ready to face challenges to prove his/her capabilities.
