Job Highlights
- Responsible to do all the unit operations in the field & have operating knowledge of DCS.
- Basic know how on process safety and PPEs used.
- Coordination between DCS operations & field and seeking time to time inputs from subordinates.
- Knowledge of rotating equipment’s like pump, agitators’ motors etc
- Responsible to maintain discipline at workplace, follow safety guidelines & policies.
- Controlling energies and reduced consumption by isolating equipment if not in operation under guidance of superiors.
- Reporting to shift In-Charge
- Any other plant activities assign by shift In-Charge
Requirements
- B.Sc. chemistry with 3-5 years’ experience in chemical industry or AOCP with 5-8 years’ experience in chemical industry.
- Experience in High pressure reaction preferably in hydrogenation, polymerization, Vacuum distillation. solvent recovery, DCS knowledge etc.
