JUNIOR OFFICER PRODUCTION
LOCATION INDIA > VILLAGE MAUZA : BADDICATEGORY OPERATIONS
Responsibilities:
1. Operation and Maintenance: Responsible for the operation, cleaning, and primary maintenance of Uhlmann packing machine.
2. Documentation: Record activities in logbooks, batch manufacturing records, and complete documentation required for the manufacturing of products, cleaning of facilities and equipment, following cGMPs and good documentation practices.
3. Process Monitoring: Perform in-process checks and monitor all intermediate processes in packing, prepare new recipes, set process parameters in PLC/SCADA as per BMR, and ensure correctness before starting packing operations.
4. Packing Change Parts: Issue, utilize, clean, and retrieve packing change parts and maintain inventory.
5. Equipment Operation: Set up, changeover, and operate various packing equipment in the packing department.
6. Communication and Work Ethics: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, strong work ethic, professional approach, and ownership of production performance.
7. Understanding SOPs: Read and understand SOPs, batch records, training documents, and possess basic computer knowledge.
8. Equipment Logs: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all equipment logs and documentation, while adhering to cGMP and FDA regulations.
9. Reporting: Report or escalate any conditions or problems that may affect the
quality or integrity of the product to the supervisor and HOD production.10. Safety: Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment, and promptly notify the supervisor of any safety concerns, accidents, or injuries observed.
11. Company Policies: Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, SOPs, and safety regulations.
12. Overtime and Additional Tasks: Willingness to work overtime as needed and perform additional tasks and related duties as assigned.
13. Training: Complete all training requirements and maintain 100% compliance with all assignments.
