Wipro is hiring for Pharmacovigilance Voice Process role for Gurugram location.
Eligibility criteria – B. Pharma / M. Pharma degree with Pharma license only.
Role & Responsibilities-
- Take phone calls and accurately document adverse events, product complaints and medical inquiries in the AE Intake Tool.
- Probe efficiently for information including, but not limited to, the adverse events, patient’s medical history . demographics, physician’s information.
- Proofread information for accuracy, etc.
Candidate Profile:
- Freshers from Pharma background can apply
- Candidates with Pharma license only can apply.
- Candidates should be flexible with night shift.
- 5 days work from office.
- Candidates should be comfortable with work from office.
- Candidates should be comfortable with customer service, voice process role.
- Experienced candidates should have all their experience documents from the previous organizations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
