Job Title: Product Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist product experts for retail and digital consultation.
- Customer conversations to identify needs and concerns.
- Product Expert Consultation for retail and digital consumers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers. Analyze current customer journeys to define friction points and enable seamless and effortless experiences.
- Identify the areas of improvement in the existing consultation and business processes.
- Help monitor the status of ongoing projects at all times.
- Develop and manage a consumer journey roadmap and work with cross-functional teams to execute on the roadmap.
- Create modules for efficient product knowledge and consultation training for Product Experts.
- Audit expert consultation and drive process changes and improvement to improve NPS.
Competencies:
- Fresher or up to 2 Years of relevant experience
- Graduated with B Pharma/ Biotechnology/ B.Sc – Chemistry Degree.
- Ability to think strategically, simplify and prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
- Good communication, Analytical and Multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must.
