Responsibilities:
- To perform analytical method validation using GC MS/MS.
- To perform analytical method transfer using GC MS/LC MS.
- To perform analytical method verification of customer methods using GC MS/LC MS.
- To prepare method validation protocol/reports.
- To review customer method validation protocol and report.
- To analyze the sample using GC MS/LC MS.
- To maintain LCMS, GC MS, HPLC/Balance/PH meter as per GLP practices.
- To perform analytical methods suitability and calibration of the instruments.
- To ensure GLP/GDP while working in QC Laboratory.
- To review and prepare SOP for LC MS/GC MS study.
- To prepare spec and STP for inclusion of LC MS/GC MS method.
Desired Skills:
- Must have exposure to LCMS instruments in reputed pharma organizations.
- Knowledge of GT testing and Nitroso amine testing is desirable.
- Knowledge of cGMP guidelines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should be assertive, proactive, and self-driven.
