Advertisement for the post of Project Associate-I
We (Dr. Pydi Ganga Bahubalindruni and Dr. Sweta Lal) are looking for a Project Associate-I to work on the project titled “Flexible Electronics for Compact Self-powered Paper-based Analytical Device for Uric Acid Sensing in Human Urine.” The project is sponsored by the Ministry of Education (MoE) under the “Scheme for Transformational and Advanced Research in Sciences (STARS).”

Post: Project Associate-1 (Vacancy-1).
Salary: INR 25000/- plus HRA per month (HRA is as per the Institute’s policy).
Duration: Initially for 6 months, extendable up to 18 months based on the candidate’s performance and availability of the funds.
Age limit: 28.
Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s (B.E./ B.Tech) or Master’s degree (M.E./ M.Tech) in Chemical Engineering, Material Science and Engineering, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc/ MSc) in Chemistry.
Desirable Skills: The candidate should have knowledge and experience in Electrochemistry/ Electrochemical engineering and material synthesis. The candidate should have knowledge of material characterization techniques (physical, chemical, and electrochemical
) and the results analysis. The candidate is also desired to be equipped with scientific reporting skills.Application Procedure: The interested candidates are requested to share their applications along with the following documents via email at [email protected] on or before 5th December, 2023.
(i) Detailed CV of the candidate with photograph, including a brief summary of relevant research experience. (ii) Degree/ Mark Sheets pertaining to Graduation and Post-Graduation. (iii) A short statement of purpose (0.5 – 1 page). (iv) Scanned copy of scorecards of any national level qualifying exam (GATE, NET, or equivalent), if any (not mandatory or desirable for this post).
The selected candidate is required to join by 20th December, 2023.
