Research and Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates in conducting research by working with senior researchers, and other partners.
- Formulate product prototypes and develop new formulations for different cosmetics products.
- Improve current formulations of products when needed.
Evaluate the formulations for chemical and physical properties, performance, and stability. - Research product formulations and properties of raw materials.
- Establish product specifications and procedures as required for R & D projects.
- Conduct testing for all products developed (efficacy, stability, etc.).
- Need to maintain all appropriate lab paperwork.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all incoming Lab Raw Materials.
- Must be able to follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Must be hands-on in the laboratory and have experience with the operation of basic lab equipment.
- Conducts research effectively by maintaining accurate records of experiments and analyses performed, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all current methods of experimentation.
- Must document every project carefully. During the research and testing phases, need to accurately record all variables, such as chemical type, amount, compound components, chemical temperature, and test duration.
- Keep up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments.

Educational Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Experience: 0 to
1 yearMust have good communication and presentation skills
