Applications are invited for a Research Associate-I position in a TCG LS Pvt Ltd Project under the joint supervision of Prof. C Malla Reddy & Prof. Rahul Banerjee, Department of Chemical Sciences, IISER Kolkata, India.

Research Associate-I Position available from Industry Grant, IISER Kolkata.
Remuneration: As per DST/SERB rules (Rs. 47000/- plus HRA (24%)).
Tenure: 12 months, with possibility of renewal upon satisfactory performance.
Basic Eligibility Criterion: Ph.D. or equivalent degree with proven experience in Crystal Engineering & Pharmaceutical Solid-State Chemistry, with minimum 60% marks in MSc(Chem)/MPharma.
Desirable additional experience: The candidate is expected to have knowledge in crystal engineering and pharmaceutical solid-state chemistry, co-crystals, physicochemical properties of solid APIs. Preference will be given to candidates with a prior research experience in crystal engineering, crystal growth of APIs.
Age Limit: An upper age limit of 40 years as on the date of the interview, which can be relaxed for certain reserved categories as per the rules of Government of India.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited (via email) for the online interview. The decision of the selection committee will be final. The selected candidate will have to join duty immediately on receipt of the offer. The selected candidate may be terminated with a 30-day notice before completion of tenure if performance is not deemed satisfactory.
