Bureau Veritas India Pvt Ltd is a leading global testing, inspection, and certification company, providing high-quality services to various industries. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Food Chemist to join our team.
Job Details:

- Location: Bureau Veritas India Pvt Ltd, Plot No.-B3/B4,TTC Industrial area, Off Thane-Belapur Road, Digha, Navi Mumbai-400708

Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System
- Performing testing as per the correct test standard
- Informing Lab supervisor for subcontracting the sample to other lab
- Training new technicians/analysts
- Execution of corrective and preventive actions
- Maintaining technical records
- Validation of methods and calibration of instruments
- Ensuring initial observations, necessary data, and calculations are recorded
- Reporting equipment breakdowns, faults, or irrelevant test results to Lab supervisor
- Timely disposal of samples
- Preparation of standard solutions and maintaining records
- Checking validity and purity of CRM
Qualification and Experience:
- Science Graduate/Post Graduate (Chemistry)/Diploma in Food technology
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience working in a Food/Agri. NABL accredited lab
