of Chemistry, IIT Ropar
Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a GITA/DST-funded research project with following details:
Project Title: Extracellular matrix-mimicking, nanofibrous peptide gel-based scaffolds
for wound healing.

Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF, 1 No).
Eligbility Criteria: MSc (Chemistry/Biochemistry); MPharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences);
MTech (Materials) or an equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5 grade points on a scale of 10). For the SC/ST category, the candidate must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate score (6.0 grade points on a scale of 10) in master’s degree. In addition, the candidate must have qualified CSIR/UGC JRF-NET/GPAT/GATE/BET.
Age limit: 28 years.
Salary: As per the GITA/DST norms.
Duration: Three years or up to the termination of project, subject to annual performance review.

Note: The candidate selected for the position of JRF will have the option to register for PhD
