Research Centre Imarat (RCI) a premier laboratory of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Missile Complex,
DRDO invites online applications from young and meritorious Indian Nationals for the Engagement of Apprentices (Graduate, Diploma and ITI) for a period of One year as per the details given below:

B.E/B.Tech in Chemical engineering
Stipend: Rs.9000/- p.m.& Rs 8000/- respectively
Application Procedure:
1 Candidates are advised to visit What’s New section on https://drdo.gov.in/ for detailed
advertisement and submit application online by clicking on appropriate link.
2 Before applying, the candidates should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria and other
norms mentioned in the advertisement.
3 Registration of B.E / B.Tech / Diploma candidates on www.mhrdnats.gov.in and ITI trade
apprentices on www.apprenticeshipindia.org is mandatory and must possess a valid
registration number before filling up application form.
4 Candidate should not be less than 18 years of age as on 01-June-2023.
5 The candidates who have completed the qualifying examinations (Graduate, Diploma and ITI trade apprentices in 2020, 2021 and 2022) as regular candidates are only eligible to apply.
6 Candidates are requested to fill
up correct details against all the fields along with uploading of scanned copies of all the mandatory documents (as per list).7 The marks obtained in the qualifying exam are to be mentioned in percentage. In case of
CGPA, candidates are requested to convert the CGPA into Percentage as per their university
norms and the same will be verified during document verification. [Candidates possessing
percentage more than 60% only may apply].
8 The last date for receipt of online application is 20 days from the date of publication of
Advertisement in Employment News. Online applications after the last date will not be
accepted. Incomplete or partially filled applications will not be accepted.
II. Selection Procedure:
1. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories will be applicable as per provision of Apprentices Act 1961, Apprentice Rules, 1992 and Apprenticeship (Amendment) Rules, 2019
2. Selection will be made on the basis of Academic Merit / Written Test / Interview as required, subject to satisfactory verification of the documents.
3. Details of Shortlisted Candidates for certificate verification will be published in What’s New section on https://drdo.gov.in/ or informed via E-mail id mentioned in the bio-data for
correspondence.
4. Candidates are required to bring Original and Self-attested copy of documents mentioned below during document verification / joining :-
Documents to be carried:
a. Signed printout of the Application submitted in the website.
b. 10th Mark sheet and certificate
c. B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI Final Mark sheet/ Provisional.
d. Degree / provisional Degree / Diploma / ITI certificate.
e. Caste Certificate (if applicable).
f. PWD Certificate (if applicable).
g. Any Photo ID card issued by Govt. of India like PAN Card / Voter ID / Driving License.
h. Aadhar Card (Mandatory).
i. Copy of first page of Bank Pass Book (State Bank of India, Preferable).
j. Medical fitness certificate issued by a Civil Assistant Surgeon.
k. Two Passport size photographs.
5. Selected candidates have to sign a contract in the portal (NATS / NAPS) on the date of joining as per Govt. of India rules.
6. Candidates finally selected will have to produce valid Police Verification Certificate either from their place of last residence (for at least past one year) or permanent address at the time of joining.
7. No correspondence shall be entertained from the candidates Not selected for Apprenticeship training.
8. The Management reserves the right to amend / refix / cancel / suspend / the selection process at any time during the process without assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of the management shall be final and binding and no appeal of any kind shall be accepted / considered in this regard.
