UG:B.Pharma in Any Specialization
PG:MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specializatio
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for GC & GCHS Analysis of raw material, in process, Intermediates,
- Finish Product and stability samples as per defined test procedure.
- Responsible for Chemical analysis of raw material.
- Responsible for Sampling and Analysis of Raw Material and Packing Material as
per defined test procedure. - Maintenance of Raw material control samples, GC columns and GC standards.
- Responsible for Calibration of all GC instrument.
- Responsible for the Chemical analysis of in process Sample, Intermediate Sample,
- Finish Product and Stability Samples.
- Responsible for preparation and standardization of Volumetric Solution and
reagent Solution. - Responsible to perform all the activities in laboratory as per defined procedure and
as per cGMP/CGLP requirement. - Responsible to monitor and maintain housekeeping in QC.
- Responsible for training of QC employee as and when required.
- Responsible to maintain raw data sheet (Protocol) and log books.
- Responsible for daily calibration activity and monitoring of temperature and
- Humidity in all QC area as and when required.
- Preparation of raw material specification, method of analysis and certificate of
analysis as and when required. - Release of RM & PM as and required.
