Project Title Prediction of MexB efflux inhibitors: A combined Molecular Simulations and Machine Learning Approach

Job Description (in maximum of 100 words) Modelling MexB pump and inhibitor data curation using machine learning methods

Essential Qualification Pursuing MSc in chemistry. Degree in BSc/BS (Chemistry) with
a minimum of first-class from a reputed institute. In case of the class is not specified in degree then a minimum of 60% marks or 7.0 OGPA will be considered as 1st class

Desirable Qualification Candidates having programmging in C++ or python experience
and/ qualified GATE will get preference.

Age and Relaxation (if any) The upper age limit for internship fellow will be 28 years at the time of appointment. A relaxation in upper age limit will be given to SC/ST/OBC (Non- Creamy layer)/ Female candidates as per GOI rules.
