Department: Chemistry Lab

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To train new joiners alongside other inter-department
2. To monitor project execution, troubleshooting, technology transfers, and project reports
3. To plan and follow experiments on a day-to-day basis with chemists and work alongside safety (EHS), purchase, stores, production, QC, ARnD, and QA to have their support for the completion of assigned projects in time
4. To bring in innovations wherever possible, to save on cost and unit operations
5. Participate in a teleconference with the client and communicate/update to the scientist
6. Provides technical support for business development activities
