Advertisement for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DST-SERB funded research project with following details:

Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Number of Positions: One (01)

Name of the Project: Development of 3DFlexible Hybrid Mat based on Waste Sugarcane Bagasse-derived Carbon Nanofibers and metal organic frameworks (MOFs)for Fabrication of Next Generation Flexible/Wearable Supercapacitors

Duration of the project: 3 years

Essential qualifications: For JRF: ME/MTech in Material Science & Engg. or Nanotechnology or Energy Engg. or Chemical Engg. or any allied branches.

Desirable: Knowledge on Chemical synthesis and electrochemistry will be preferred

Fellowship:

1. For candidates having NET/GATE qualification Rs 31,000 /- + 16% HRA per month (First two years) and Rs 35,000/- + 16% HRA per month (Third year).
2. Rs 25,000 + 16% HRA (First two years) and Rs 28,000 + 16% HRA (Third year) for others who do not fall under above clause (i)

2. The appointment of the candidate will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Institute/ funding agency particularly applicable to the said project as and when required.
3. The post is purely temporary in nature and subjected to availability of funds.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
