Job Title: QC – Executive
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India On-site
Qualification– M. Pharm (Analytical chemistry)/ MSC (Chemistry)/ BSC (Chemistry)
Experience– 2-3 years
Job Description:
- To Ensure that sampling and Analysis are as per standard operating procedures.
- To ensure that all necessary tests are carried put as per written procedures.
Control of the quality of input and output by developing systems. - To ensure that calibration and validation of lab instrument are as per written down schedule.
- Evaluate and checking of quality control records and records before circulating and filing.
- Training of QC personnel according to related work cGMP, limit test and analysis.
- To check and maintain the cleaning of the department and equipment as per written down schedule.
- Evaluation of analyst time to time.
- Troubleshooting of instrument during analysis of sample.
- Good communication & Technical writing skills
- Prepare SOPs, STPs & analytical report.
- Ensure compliance to SOPs, cGMP and GLP.
- Perform the investigation of incident, OOS, OOT.
- Handled & operated instrument like HPLC, UV, Auto titrator, Karl Fischer.
- Monitoring of online testing of Raw material, Packing Material, Intermediate products and finished Product.
