Role Definition
The incumbent will be responsible for driving technology development in context of our innovation programs on DIG “Dirt is good’ brand as an R&D executive. The current role covers technology design, formulation development and project management execution.
Towards this, she/he will
- Scale new technologies in context of the innovation project and roadmap
- Drive execution of technology within various projects
- Carry out experiments in the laboratory and scale-ups in pilot plant to identify and demonstrate the feasibility of the technology.
- Work closely with project team, GDC/cluster teams to progress technology to relevant markets with due diligence on performance, quality, and robustness.
- Work seamlessly with internal (SEAC, processing) and external (suppliers) interfaces as required.
