Minimum Educational qualification MSc Chemistry/Physics/Nanotechnology with 60% marks Candidates who have qualified CSIR-NET/UGC-JRF/GATE will be preferred. Candidates without NET/GATE qualification may be appointed as junior research fellow Assistant if found suitable. (as prescribed by the funding agency) LS or JRF or GATE
Preference Physical science background with experience in solid-state device fabrication and characterization.

Fellowship amount 31000 +HRA
Tenure of the post Initial contract is for 1 year and is extendable based on the performance of the candidate till the termination of project i.e., maximum up to 3 years.
