Job Title: EXECUTIVE-CHEMIST

Eligbility Criteria:- Bsc. Chemistry

Experience: From 0 to 3 year(s) of experience

Salary: ₹ 2,00,000 – 2,75,000 P.A.

Location: Udumalaipettai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Raw material and Feed Sample Collecting and Proximate Analysis.
• Checking Raw material Adulteration.
• Monitoring Batch Accuracy Report(PLC Monitoring)
• Checking Rawmaterial bin by daily basis.
• Checking Maize Moisture in Zylos.Checking Toxin in Raw material and Feed.
• Laboratory cleaning and Maintenance.
• Updating the Feed Batching Production Quality Report in ERP
• Maintaining Lab Records in ERP.
• Checking Mixture CV by weekly once.
• Checking Water and oil calibration by weekly once.
• Preparing Weekly report.
• Monitoring the lab stock and assisting the preparation of the indent.
