Job Title: Junior Research Scientist
Location: Goa
Skills & Experience:
Critical Knowledge:
M.Sc. in Analytical/Organic Chemistry with 3-5 years’ experience in NMR spectroscopy is desired. Experience to operate instruments like HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS is advantageous
Critical Skills: – Ability to work in a team and perform assigned responsibilities, communication with various stakeholders, expertise in written and verbal communication of scientific data and results, ability to work in cross cultural environment.
Critical Experience: M.Sc. in Analytical/Organic Chemistry with 3-5 years’ experience in NMR spectroscopy for data acquisition, analysis, and interpretation.
Role & Responsibilties:
Analytical data acquisition and interpretation.
Accountabilities:
- Recording and analysis of NMR data
- Regular maintenance of NMR instrument
- 2D NMR correlations study and structural interpretation
- Perform quantitative NMR experiments
- Perform wet analytical chemistry
- Run HPLC, LCMS, GC-MS instruments
- Lab housing keeping
- Adhere all Syngenta safety protocol
- Maintain housekeeping in Lab.
