Tezpur University Chemistry JRF Vacancy – Under Indo-French
Applications are invited from highly motivated and dedicated candidates for an interview to be held in blended mode for one (01) temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in an Indo-French collaborative research project
Project Title, “Phosphorus-stabilized highly reactive boron species: synthesis, bonding and applications” funded by the Indo-French Centre for the Promotion of Advanced Research (CEFIPRA) under Prof. Ashwini K. Phukan, Department of Chemical Sciences, Tezpur University, Tezpur, Napaam – 784028, Assam.
Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA with qualification in NET / GATE or similar equivalent examinations.
Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- (Rupees thirty one thousand) only plus HRA as admissible per month.
Duration: Up to 31/12/2025 or till completion of the project or until further order, whichever is earlier.
Age Limit: Candidate shall not be more than 28 years. Upper age limit may be relaxed as per Government of India rules.

advertisement. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview. Shortlisted candidates may appear before the interview board with all original and self-attested photocopies of mark sheets, certificates from 10th standard onwards, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate (if any), certificate of NET/GATE or equivalent examination, any other testimonials and a copy of recent signed Curriculum Vitae (CV). Original documents of the candidates will be verified by the Selection Committee.N.B.
(1) No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
(2) Those in employment or doing Ph.D. must submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the concerned employer / Ph.D. Supervisor at the time of interview.
