Job Title: Officer – Instrument Lab
Location: Rupnagar, Punjab, India
Eligbility Criteria:
- Post-Graduation in Chemistry having knowledge of cGMP & GLP guidelines, ICH/ USFDA guidelines, ICH guidelines for stability studies, Working knowledge of Method development and validation.
- 3-4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry on handling of LCMS/ICP and extensive Quality control experience in API manufacturing industry.
- Should have 2-3 years hands on experience on LCMS/ICPMS/IC/XRD/HPLC/UPLC with empower software.
- Creating, Innovating, adapting & responding to changes.
- Adhering to principles & values.
- Able to Working with in team.
Role profile
To ensure that the Products provided to the market are tested as per Customer, laid down internal release specifications and in compliance with applicable pharmacopoeias as well cGMP/GLP/ICH/USFDA /ISO guidelines
Key Individual Accountabilities
- Analysis of Finished products, Raw materials and intermediates on LCMS, ICPMS, XRD,IC, HPLC & UPLC.
- Method Development & Method Validation on LCMS, ICPMS, XRD,IC, HPLC & UPLC as per current guidelines.
- Inventory management of monthly requirement of chemicals, reagents, standards & all consumables related to LCMS, ICPMS, XRD,IC, HPLC & UPLC analysis.
- Calibration of LCMS, ICPMS, XRD,IC, HPLC & UPLC as per inhouse schedule of calibratyion for analytical instruments.
- Preparation of record of analysis related to LCMS, ICPMS, XRD,IC, HPLC & UPLC analysis.
Log books management for various analytical activities. - Reporting of deviations in analysis as per LIR procedure and implementation of CAPA.
- Timely closure of all OOT/OOS/LIRs related to LCMS, ICPMS, XRD,IC, HPLC & UPLC analysis.
- Identification of Impurities standards by their mass on LCMS.
- To ensure good housekeeping in the working area as well as in surroundings.
- Reporting of Near misses/Incidents/BBS cards.
- To ensure compliance to all SHE guidelines and to ensure safe working.
