Job Description
- Candidate must work closely with the Analytical chemistry team to extend analytical support on new technology/product development in water and wastewater
- He/ she will Independently handle all the technical queries with respect to samples/Parameters & scope of Accreditations.
- He /she will supervise Chemical/residual testing laboratory including training & mentoring the junior scientist.
- He / she will Independently handle the sample testing whenever required.
- The candidate is expected to coordinate closely with quality assurance department and ensure the Good laboratory Practice (GLP)
Skills & Experience:
- Candidate must have prior experience working in wet and instrument laboratory, sound knowledge on operation of analytical laboratory as per national & international norms.
- Candidates should be proficient with Quality Management System as per applicable accreditations & regulatory requirements like ISO 17025, NABL, WHO, CPCB norms etc.
Knowledgeable in Test methods of APHA/BIS/ISO. - Skilled and experienced in testing water and wastewater
- He or she must be NABL approved Authorized signatory for Chemical/residue scope
- Hands on experience with equipment’s Like TOC, HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS, FT-IR, UV-VIS, CHNS etc
- Proficient in Testing and R&D in water, wastewater & environment studies
- Method development, validation & evaluation of measurement uncertainty as per International Standard
