Age Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Relaxable for regular appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant upto Five Years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. Eligbility Criteria:
(i) Masters degree in concerned discipline (i.e. Chemistry/ Physics/ Botany/ Zoology) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/ Institution.
(ii) M.Ed./MA (Education) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/ Institution.
Note– Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the UPSC, for reasons to
be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.Desirable Qualification
Duties Academic management of teacher training programme, delivering lectures, demonstration on lesson based on syllabus, evaluation, supervision & invigilation, conducting seminars and other co-curricular activities of teacher training programme, conducting research and innovation programme on educational aspects, preparation and use of instructional materials for the use of teachers, any other government duty as assigned by the HoD.
Probation 01 Year
Successful completion of at least 02 weeks mandatory induction training is a pre-requisite condition for completion of probation in every trade.
