Roles and Responsibilities
1) To Supervise visual inspection activity and in process checks during visual inspection as per packing plan.
2) Daily work allocation to all skilled staff and workmen as per the daily visual inspection plan.
3) Supervision of packing line as per requirements in shifts in case of leave/absenteeism of
officer
4) Shift allocation of skilled staff and workmen in packing dept.
5) Supervision and perform in process checks during automatic visual insepction.
6) Competion of online BMR part II as per daily visual inspection plan.
7) To maintain all machine and areas logs of visual inspection activity.

) Preparation of Knapp test kit and implementation of visual inspection on automatic inspection machine.9) Preparatory work prior to audit requirement.
10) Understand and follow the company’s environmental health and safety policy.
11) To follow safety rules and standard operating procedures at the workplace.
12) Participate in environment, health and safety training and awareness programme.
13) To understand SOP of relevant machinery, tools,substance,etc. before use.
