Job Title: Assistant Manager- Lab Support

Location: Navi Mumbai – Innovation Campu, Maharashtra, IN

Eligbility Criteria: M.Sc/M Tech in chemistry or chemical engineering or Bachelors with similar educational background with lab (formulation and/or testing) experience with cleaning ingredients.

The incumbent should

• Be capable of independently executing lab projects undertaken (generated during customer calls/visits, various internal forums, new concepts & Innovations)
• Able to handle multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities.
• Has experience in handling customer projects and show customer first attitude and deliver within the deadlines.
• Be a strong role model with a commitment to lab safety.
• Provide lab and sample/equipment Management
• Be extrapolating, past experience in lab to solve new problems.

The purpose of the position is to provide lab support to Care chemicals business in India to promote BASF raw materials (Surfactants, Chelates, Polymers etc.) in Home Care and

Institutional cleaning (HCI) markets, for all relevant formats of cleaning products.

The position requires managing various types of lab activities such as new technologies evaluations, promoting existing HCI portfolio of ingredients in relevant markets, development of new experimental methods. It requires working on customer problems and broader market requirements.
