Eligbility Criteria & Experience: BTech in Chemical Engineering OR Bio-technology with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/nutritional operations.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Set up and turnaround of all process equipment in downstream. Calculation of productivity yield (including losses).
- Able to perform COP, CIP and SIP as per the schedule and whenever necessary for all equipment.
- Foam cleaning and washing with cleaning chemicals of Manufacturing area as per schedule or whenever necessary
- Operation of mixed bed, chromatographic / SSMB (Simulated Sequential Moving Bed), Polish Bed systems, multiple effect evaporation and Spray Dryer.
- Write and review standard operating procedures and batch production records.
- Initiates deviations as needed, reporting and solving problems and issues.
- Document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations and ensure other team members are trained.
- Operate general production equipment such as Analytical Scales, pH/conductivity meters, etc.
