Job Title: Project Associate-I
Sponsor: SERB-Start-up Research Grant
Project Title: “Design and fabrication of composite hollow fiber membranes using organic
cage linked coordination polymers and waste plastic for olefin-paraffin separation” in the
School of Chemical Sciences, NISER Bhubaneswar, Odisha funded by SERB, Govt. of India.
QUALIFICATION: The eligible candidate should have a degree of M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Applied Sciences/ Material Science, having acquired at least 55 percent marks with valid GATE/CSIR-UGC-NET score.
Research experience in Polymer Science and/or Porous Materials will be preferred.
Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 31,000/- p.m. (Consolidated)
AGE: 35 years as on date of interview, age relaxation to entitled categories as per DST rules.
The above position is purely temporary initially for a period of one year and likely to be
extended upon satisfactory performance and strictly co-terminus with the project and not
leading to any PhD degree in NISER. It
