Technical Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry or B.Pharma, Management Degree or Diploma, MSc. Chemistry, B.Tech
Approved CTS Cosmetic Manufacturing: Preferred
Skills (Certification/s): SAP awareness, Computer savvy 3.
Experience: >3 Years in related function
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Â
- Ensuring storage and handling of Packaging Material as per GMP norms.
- E2E Line Ownership
- Shift Plan Attainment manpower allocation &meeting targets as per plan
- Delivery of target OEE.
- Ensure OSI lab compliance
- Maintain trending of RTR results.
- Preparation of last day performance for daily meeting
- Change part management
- Ensure Maximo service request completion in case of breakdown(Service request)of RTR results.
Compliance:
- Ensuring proper line clearance.
- Verification of Poka-Yoke points
- Verification of GMP and Housekeeping on shop floor.
- Proper handling of rejections
- Verify SOP compliance on shop floor
Purpose Of The Position:
To ensure Manufacturing of products in the shifts are in accordance with J&J Specifications while meeting
