Minimum requirements
• Master’s degree in process, mechanical, chemical engineering, physics, material science, statistics, or similar discipline. Good understanding of mass, momentum, and heat transfer phenomena. Experience in pharma drug product process modeling.
• 2-5 Yrs. of experience and Expertise in Data Science tools and methods (ML, statistics, visualization, data wrangling.
• Experience in pharma drug product process modeling or similar industries, e.g. oil and gas, food
• Expertise in data science tools and methods (ML, statistics, visualization, data wrangling)
• Expertise in programming skills and webapp development (Python and R)
• Excellent communication skills (English) and data visualization skills
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Lead modelling and simulations projects in collaboration with global teams
• Application of in-house and commercial tools to the drug product process development
• Assistance for lab-phase experiments planning and transfer of
process to commercial equipment• Development and deployment of numerical tools based on the latest trends in literature
• Delivery of high-quality data within defined timelines and aligned to current industry expectations
• Transfer of knowledge and presentation of results to the formulation experts
• Generation of digital models and twins for drug product manufacturing unit operations
• Develop data science solutions through their lifecycle, from ideation to deployment
• Data cleaning and data wrangling
• Support the development and transfer of oral drug products by evaluation of material, formulation and process parameters by means of applied statistics
• Utilize DoE concepts and QbD principles to achieve robust formulations and processes
