Job Title: Global Labeling Manager (GLM), Safety Label Updates
Eligbility Criteria:
What You’ll bring to the role:
• Scientific, academic degree, preferably in natural science (chemistry, pharmacy, biology or equivalent) – Masters or Bachelors or Healthcare Professional with MD or Ph.D
• Good written and spoken English. The local language is an advantage (Germany only)
• 5-6 years PV or regulatory experience.Considers HA and internal stakeholder input appropriately
• Simplifies and standardizes routine activities to the extent possible while not compromising on scientific product knowledge and evaluations
• Collaborates with all partner functions effectively
• Strong interpersonal, project management, communication, compliance/quality mindset, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of drug safety information
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
• Identifies new safety information from defined sources, e.g. health authority webpages, email
received at generic mailbox and updates to reference product information.• Pre-evaluates detected or otherwise collected information and enters it in the signal management tracking system cdsDB.
• Performs signal evaluation and assess signals under guidance of Global Labeling Manager.Supports timely creation of CDSs required for assigned products.
• Prepares and revises working instructions concerning safety label updates.
• Provides Guidance and has oversight on the tasks assigned to the Associates/Specialists within the Global Labelling Team.
• Assess and Enable Digital Solutions for safety databases to improve efficiency in screening safety information across various data sources.
• Supports Audits/Inspections on Safety Label Screening and SOP/WP authoring as an SME (Subject Matter Expert). Contribute and/or review metrics for the Safety Label Screening milestone
