Job Title: Quality Control Executive

Elibgilit Criteria & Experience: 

• Master degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry; Engineering or related discipline.
• 3- 5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance or related field in a similar industry
• Handling of the Instruments like GC, GCMS, Auto titrator, Flash point, Melting point, Specific gravity, Polarimeter, Refractive Index.
• Working knowledge on GC and troubleshooting and understanding on synthesis of chemicals.
• Knowledge on GC and other analytical equipments and understanding of SAP is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Responsibilties: 

• Provide support to the Quality Managers by performing timely analysis of report data, from multiple sources.
• Responsible for on-going collection & reporting of quality metrics; gathering all complaint data, manufacturing site and supplier quality metrics and analysing for trends, and reporting appropriately.
• Write and revise standard operating procedures.
• Implement quality assurance regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes for simplifying quality and manufacturing-related processes while also driving improvements in quality effectiveness.
• May liaise with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the
• Organization and quality standards.
• May support quality training coordination.
• Update and maintain all departmental technical documents, procedural manuals.
