Emoluments ₹35,000/- per month+ HRA
Qualifications
Post graduate degree in Basic Science or Graduate/Post Graduate Degree
in the professional course selected through a process described through any one of the following:
a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIRUGC NET including lecturership (Assistant Professorship) and GATE with two years of research experience.
b. The Selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc. with two years research experience.

Desirable Experience Strong research experience in C–H activation chemistry.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for applying for the SRF shall be 32 years, which is relaxed up to
5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/scheduled tribes, physically handicapped and female applicants, whereas 3 years in the case of OBCs (Non-creamy layer candidates).
