Job Title: R&D Chemist
Elibgility Criteria: Master’s degree in chemistry and four years of relevant Analytical experience.
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Desired/Preferred Expertise & Characteristics:
- Proven ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
- Must have hands-on experience with XRD, XRF and Particle Size Distribution Analysis, advanced proficiency level is desired.
- Experience with common analytical techniques ICP-OES, FT-IR, and Chromatography.
- Willingness to learn, develop and execute new analytical methods and SOPs as needed.
- Highly organized and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Capsule:
Under direct supervision, applies current laboratory HSE standards to solve technical problems by understanding Halliburton technology and performing optimization. Involved in the research and development of new technologies, and test procedures under the direction of experienced scientists and managers. Under general direction, executes projects by choosing proper test methods and drawing meaningful conclusions from test data which
contributes to Intellectual Property topics of their domain. May establish working relationships with customers, and the internal technical community. Develops relationships through excellent communication skills and acts as a key resource to provide innovative solutions.
