Elibgility Criteria:
- Diploma/CIPET/B. E. / B. Tech in Polymer / Plastic / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
2 to 3 Years of experience in Chemical / Plastic Compounding Industry - Should have knowledge on Extrusion and Injection molding machine
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to meet production targets as per production planning.
- Control the raw material usage and wastage minimization.
- Recommend improvements in Key Performance Indicators (Yield, Specific Power Consumption, etc.).
- Dealing and executing of production-related activities at Shop Floor.
- Carry out material balance calculation of produced batch/grade.
- Root cause analysis & proposing corrective and preventive action for non-conforming products.
- Should have good manpower handling experience. Direct contractual employees at the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance of all corrective & Preventive actions to avoid repetition of Customer complaints.
- Motivate shop floor employees including contract labors to maintain safety and 5S standards across the plant.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in and around plant premises to ensure a clean & safe workplace.
- Should have knowledge on ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems
