Job Title: Project Fellow
Project Title: “Boosting the H2Economy by Encapsulation Chemistry: Augmented Kinetics for Water Splitting” under the supervision of Dr. Somenath Garai, Department of Chemistry, Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi-221005, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Duration: The position is sanctioned up to Two years (from June 2022 to June 2024), but may be extended based on performance. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Elibgility Criteria: M. Sc. in Chemistry with at least 55% aggregate marks.
Desirable Qualifications: Candidates with strong interest and having pre-experience in the field of Catalysis, Electrochemistry, Synthetic, and Photo-chemistry are encouraged to apply and will thereby be preferred. Preference will be given to those with some pre-experience.
Age Limit: The upper age limit and other selection criteria for this fellowship are as per the
rule of DST and the government of India.Salary: INR 31,000/- p.m. + HRA as per the University norms.
