Project Title: “Engineered Bioremediation approaches for onsite Treatment Soil Contaminated with Crude Oil”
Job Title: Research Associate

Eligibility Criteria:
Ph.D. in Chemistry or M.Sc in Chemistry, having three or more years of research
experience with a minimum of one research paper publication having an impact factor (Thomas Reuter).
Fellowship: As per DBT GOI norms.
Age Limit: Upper age limit maximum 35 years at the time of application.
Relaxation as per GoI rules.
Desirable criteria:
The candidate has experience in sampling and field visits, in-situ treatment of contaminated sites, and expertise in handling sophisticated instruments like GC-MS, AAS, FTIR, etc.
Duration: Appointment will be initially for a period of 6 (six) months which may be extended to another one year depending on the research progress and performance of the incumbent and status
of the project or until further order, whichever is earlier.How to Apply:

Shortlisted candidates may appear before the interview board through video conferencing, subject to prior approval.

(1) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
(2) Those in employment or doing Ph.D. should submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’
from the concerned employer/ Ph.D. supervisor.
(3) Appointment and payment will be strict as per DBT rules and guidelines.
