Job Title: Engineer – Production

Location: Bharuch – Plant, IND

Eligibility Criteria: B.E / B. Tech – Chemical Engineer

Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in continuous chemical process

Job Summary:

To execute the production in the shifts through the various stages of manufacturing as per the production plan in a manner to ensure compliance to quality, safety & regulatory requirements & maintaining the cost within the budget.

Key Responsibilties: 

• To control all operating parameters for the smooth running of the plant in the shift.
• To maintain the logbook and shift report.
• To maintain the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and cGMP documentation.
• To avoid any abnormality in the plant by frequent checks
• Implementation of safety, safe work practices & good environmental conditions.
• To prepare the daily production report.
• To communicate with the HOD / SI / Utilities / Maintenance for the plant performance and smooth running.
• Safety of man and machine and housekeeping of the plant.
• To monitor the equipment to avoid any abnormality in the plant.
• Planned transfer/unloading of raw materials and dispatch of the finished goods.
• Training of new process chemists and maintaining discipline in shifts.
• To ensure strict compliance of effluent water specifications.
• To analyze all process samples as per the quality plan to control process parameters.
• To provide resources essential for the implementation and control of EnMS.
• To approve, review, and amend EnMS documents include list of energy user, List of Significant energy User, Opportunities register, energy conservation program, Energy performance indicators, Variables for energy users, etc.
• To set the objectives and Management Program related to the energy management system.
  In addition to the above jobs, the management may assign any other responsibility as and when required.
