Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Chemistry
Skills, knowledge & experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) any foreign language
- proficiency will be an added advantage
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Should be able to work on a deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent tasks
- Working knowledge on Word, Excel. Knowledge of Access will be an added advantage
Job Summary
Entry-level position; provide initial support to customers by handling inquiries and troubleshooting basic technical product-related issues. Gather information to identify and assess the nature of the problem. Incoming inquiries are divided between team members to make the best use of technical knowledge and experience, with a willingness to expand knowledge and manage enquires on a variety of related tasks.
