Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur invites online applications in compliance of order no. P17(1)(M&H)/2/2018 dated 14.09.2020 of Medical & Health Department (Gr.-2), Govt. of Rajasthan, for direct recruitment of Assistant Drug Analyst

Educational Qualification

B.Pharm with 3 years experience of analysis of drugs in a laboratory under Govt. Analyst*
or possesses Associateship Diploma of the Institution of Chemist (India) obtained by passing the said examination with ‘Analysis of Drugs and Pharmaceuticals’ as one of the subjects with 1-year experience of analysis of drugs in a laboratory under the control of Govt. Analyst or

B.Pharm with 3 years experience of analysis of drugs in a laboratory approved under Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 (23 of 1940)* *

Other qualification

Knowledge of Hindi language in Devanagari script (lipi) – to read, to write, and to speak

Age limit

Minimum 22 years and maximum 48 years as on 01.01.2022 (as per the notification dated 23.09.2008 from DoP, Govt. of Rajasthan)

The relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates in Rajasthan shall be applicable as per state government rules.

Important

• Certificate in prescribed proforma 1A and/or 1B, issued by Govt. Analyst on or before the date of the recruitment examination i.e 10.02.2022, is mandatory for submission by 13.02.2022 through candidate login at the RUHS website.
• Certificate in prescribed proforma 2A and/or 2B, issued by manufacturing company / approved analytical laboratory and subsequently approved by / countersigned by Drugs Controller / Licensing Authority on or before the date of the recruitment examination i.e 10.02.2022, is mandatory for submission by 13.02.2022 through candidate login at the RUHS website.

Application Procedure:

• Before filling the online application form, read the notification, information booklet
  etc. carefully. Ensure the eligibility and other requirements/criteria for recruitment
  as given in this booklet and the arthana.
• You should be very careful in filling up the on-line application form. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, your candidature will be rejected even if you come through the final stage of the recruitment process or even at a later stage.

IMPORTANT: HAND-WRITTEN / TYPED / PHOTOSTAT COPIES / PRINTED APPLICATION FORM / SCREEN PRINTOUT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

• Note the Form no. (User ID) for further steps. Keep it safe. RUHS will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of forgotten password/misuse of your password. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password. Sharing of your password can result in its misuse by somebody else, leading to even exclusion of a genuine candidate from the recruitment process.
• After payment of the application fee you can access to Part II of the online application form by entering your Form no. and date of birth.

Application Fee:

All candidates have to pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. 2500 for SC, ST category candidates of Rajasthan state) using the procedure mentioned at the website while filling the application form.

The application fee is neither refundable nor transferable and nor adjustable for any other recruitments. Any plea in this matter shall not be entertained.

Examination & Syllabus: 

• The syllabus for the online examination is available at the RUHS website.
• The online (computer-based) examination shall be held in ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
• There shall be 100 multiple choice questions of one mark each. There shall be no negative marking.
• The examination shall be held at JAIPUR. However, the RUHS reserves the right to create cities/center (s) for examination and also to call the candidates for the examination at any city/center.
• Mere appearance in the Assistant Drug Analyst Recruitment Examination 2021 will not entitle a candidate for selection to the post of Assistant Drug Analyst.
• Other details relating to the conduct of the examination shall be available at the RUHS website in due course.
• Candidates trying to use unfair means shall be disqualified from the recruitment. No correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from the candidates.
• You should make sure of your eligibility to the post and that the declaration made by you in the format of the application regarding your eligibility is correct in all respects. You will be liable to any legal action and/or termination from the services as may be deemed fit by the appointing authority, Govt. of Rajasthan, Jaipur in case it is found that you have furnished in-correct information or made a false declaration regarding your eligibility at any stage or suppressed any information.
• The jurisdiction for legal cases arising out of the recruitment process shall be limited to the competent courts at Rajasthan only.
• The decision of the RUHS in all aspects and all respects pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, the conduct of examination and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned.
• RUHS reserves its right to alter and modify time and conditions laid down in the notification for conducting the various stages up to selection, duly intimating details thereof on the RUHS website, as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process, or as deemed necessary by the RUHS at any stage.

Note:

Those candidates who applied earlier for Assistant Drug Analyst Recruitment Examination 2013 are required to apply afresh subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility criteria. Such candidates will be required to pay only the difference amount of the application fee (INR 2000 or INR 1000 as applicable) for Assistant Drug Analyst Recruitment Examination 2022.
