As part of the R&I Skincare Development team in India, we are in charge of the deployment of lOreal skincare in emerging countries through innovative and performing products. L’Oreal commits to product, consumer-centric, safe, and with minimal environmental impact. Your role will be to clean and maintain the current portfolio across emerging countries.
Job Title: Skin Care – Formulator (Temp Role – 1 Year) @ L’Oreal,
Location: R&I, Mumbai
Eligibility Criteria:
- Chemistry/Chemical engineer background
- Minimum 6 months experience in formulation
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current skincare portfolio in detail and identify formulas that will need to be reworked for regulatory and trust purpose
- Suggest best raw material to use to keep sensory, performance, and cost but improving environmental impact and being in line with cosmetic regulation
- Formulate reference formula and new formula, ensure stability, performance, and scalability of the new formula
- Work with marketing and industry team to validate and launch the new formula
