Job Title: Pharmacist

No.of posts: 20

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor Degree /Diploma in Pharmacy or its equivalent from University or an Institution recognized by Central / State Govt. Must be registered with the Pharmacy Council of HP

Salary: Rs 8910/-

Terms & Conditions: 

1 . The appointment against these posts will be purely on a contract basis (only on fixed remuneration) initially for a period of one year, which can be extended further subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Department as well as approval of the Government of India for the same.

2. This appointment shall be subject to medical fitness from a Medical Board constituted for this purpose by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

3. The contract of appointment can be terminated from either side with one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu thereof.

4. Unsatisfactory services, misconduct or remaining on unauthorized absence from

duty will result in removal/termination from service forthwith.

5. No residential accommodation will be provided from the State Government Department pool.

6. One-day Casual Leave per month will be admissible, which can be accumulated up to December and thereafter will lapse, if not availed.

7. She/he will not be entitled to any other kind of leave except maternity benefit as admissible under the Maternity Benefit Act.

8. It will be a full-time job. No part-time shall employment/ private practice will be allowed.

9. A contractual agreement shall have to be executed with the Department on Non-judicial Papers of Rs. 10/- duly attested by the Executive Magistrate/ Public Notary before joining the post.

10. The candidate will no claim his/ her rights for seniority, regularization, and confirmation of his / her services.

11. All original relevant documents will be verified at the time of the interview.

12. Any document(s) made available along with the online application, if subsequently found to be false/ forged, the services will be terminated at once without serving any notice.

13. The candidate is required to serve in any part of the State.

14. The candidate should be in the age group of 18-45 years as on 01.01.2021.
Relaxable upto 5 years in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates.

15. The candidate must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any school/institution situated within the State. This condition will not be applicable to bonafide Himachali
