Job Title: PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER (on REGULAR BASIS)
Department: HLL- PEROORKADA FACTORY
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Development of new compounding formulations for quality improvement of product
2. Quality improvement of chemical dispersions and emulsions
3. Development of in-house pre-vulcanized latex formulations
4. Introducing the latest technologies in compounding and production areas to minimize the
wastage
5. Process improvement in compounding operation
Maximum Age: 45 Years as on 01/12/2021
Scale of Pay (For Regular Appointment): 16400 – 40500/-
Annual CTC: Rs.8.3 lakhs (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Qualification: BE/ BTECH (CHEMICAL ENGINEERING)
Post Qualification Experience
Essential: Minimum Five years relevant Experience in latex based condom/thread/
Water Systems etc.
The incumbent must have experience in
1. Erection of Centrifuging machine, D M Plant, Water Softener, homogenizer, Ball
grinding mill, powder wetting stirrer, and other utilities as per the layout
2. Compound formulation for making latex for large manufacturing industries
3. Planning and preparation of latex compounds as per the production schedule
4. Experience in new product development
5. Experience in operations and maintenance of DM water plant
6. Workforce management including skilled and unskilled workers
7. Material balance and WIP of day to day operations
8. Experience in SAP
