Eligibility Criteria: B Tech, MSC in Chemistry

Desired

Knowledge in Solvent-based Paints & Shade Matching. Additionally, I have basic knowledge of Resin Chemistry & paint raw materials.

Previous Experience

Essential

Preferred to have work experience in Solvent-based Paints, Shade matching, formulation development, and Testing Skills.

Functional Competencies

• Good knowledge on various chemistries involved in product development for solvent-based Enamel- top coat & undercoats.
• Ability to identify & collect necessary data on RM, processes, testing, standards, etc.
• Technical report and scientific paper writing skills
• Analytical skill

Job Purpose

Carrying out the research & development and support related activities in Solvent-based decorative Enamel. Supporting the team in meeting projects objectives and timelines, complying with the safety

& 5 S requirement of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Responsibility Areas

• To work on the development/modification of formulations meeting the project objective.
• Designing the shade formulation and matching the shade as per the project requirement.
• Designing the product specification for implementation on the plant.
• Carrying out the details testing as per the protocol and generating the data for long-term performance as well.
• Supporting plant for the standardization of formulation.
• Supporting the customer-centricity team in addressing customer complaints.

Key Interactions

Internal

He will primarily interact with Resin Development Group, Micro Biology Group, Modern Instrument Lab, and Vendor Development Lab.

External He will interact with Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
