Job Title: Chemist – BPD Shankarpally
Location: Andhra Pradesh, India
Qualifications: Bachelor Of Engineering
Minimum Experience Level: 3-6 Years
Report to: Vice President
Key Result AreasÂ
R &D
- Work as per guidelines given by the SH R&D, formulate the product in the Lab and test it as per the requirement.
- Scale it up to pilot and commercialization.
Quality Control
- Ensuring the production of every batch/product category as per UTCL specifications
- Regular Testing of packaging, Raw material, and FG as per Shankarpally guidelines
- Timely feedback of any deviation to Shankarpally R&D Head
- Regular interaction with the respective ZH for product feedback
- Analysis of Competitor/vendor products which is getting manufactured in the plant and feedback to Shankarpally R&D head on a monthly basis
- RM assessment of the nearby vicinity and thereby improving quality of RM in terms of product and cost
Safety and statutory
- Safety Zero tolerance policy
- Usage of PPE’s
- Regular toolbox talks and record-keeping
- Ensuring 100% compliance as per statutory norms
MIS
- Daily & monthly report on production, dispatches, and inventory status (AAC Blocks)
- Monitoring RM vendors nearby plant location and have data and samples of each vendor
- Competitor/Vendor daily product dispatch tracking in CM plants
- Maintaining each batch test reports
- AAC Blocks register – Issuer and Receiver signature
