Job Title: Senior Executive R&D

Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D. (1-2 years) or M.Sc. Organic Chemistry with more than 8 years of R&D/ PD experience in agrochemicals, specialty/ fine chemicals, CRO, and pharma.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Knowledge in modern synthetic organic chemistry is required.
- Performing Literature survey for the given project using various chemical search engines such as SciFinder, Reaxys, MoleBase, etc.
- Designing and execution of various chemical reactions for process development and reaction optimization.
- Generation of MSDS for intermediates and Final product
Writing of technical procedure reports, and generating data in R&D experiment notebook according to Integrated Management System (IMS). - Coordinating with Pilot plant team and analytical team for smooth execution of project till scale up.
- Coordinating with inter-department for administrative related work
- Excellent team player to execute the work
- Resource allocation, planning, and control.
- Providing training and presentation to other colleagues for knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Should have computer proficiency and should have hands-on experience in chemistry-related software.
- Should be able to take the additional responsibility of general lab activities.
- Should coordinate with the EHS department to ensure safety.
- Takes decisions to optimize own budget and resources
- Able to independently execute a select set of functional processes
