Job Title: Research Associate (Analytical Chemistry)

Location: JBL Bangalore, IND

Function: Research & Development

Educational Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry)

Experience: 3-8years of experience in LCMSin drug discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop a method and to determine the purity of the organic compounds by LCMS.
• Initially to develop the method on an analytical scale for the separation of organic compounds and to purity by preparative scale to get pure desired compound
• To identify the mass of the given organic compound by LCMS
• To develop and to determine the purity of the compound by GC
  Scouting, analyzing, processing, reporting of the compounds in the appropriate format
• Will be able to do the calibrations of all the instrumental techniques and to record
• Able to analyze the solvents for the parameters like density, non-volatile matter, purity by GC
• To understand the separation and to check the purity of the compound, clarify with the processing and integration by LCMS for identification.
• Conducting literature search for the latest methods and validation for similar compounds.
• Communicate experimental outcomes and provide routine updates to the reporting manager on the status of the work plan for further modifications if required.
• Coordination and Cooperation for arriving at confirmed methods for the purification and identification.
• Structural elucidation for the compound for multiple stages of experiments.
• To adhere to safety rules and regulations and to implement Good laboratory practices
