IACS PhD Chemical Science Job Opening – Applications Invited
Applications are invited for the post (one post) of Research Associate-1 in the research group of Professor Suhrit Ghosh, School of Applied and Interdisciplinary Sciences, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS), Kolkata. Check out all the details on the same below:
Job Title: Research Associate- I (RA-1)
No. of post: 1 (one)
Tenure: This position is temporary (initially for six months and can be extended for two years based on performance evaluation by the research advisory committee). The candidate will have no right to claim (explicit or implicit) any post in the institute.
Eligibility criteria: Ph.D. in any branch of Chemical Sciences. Candidates who have submitted Ph.D. thesis but are yet to receive the degree are also eligible. But if selected, they will be receiving reduced fellowship (equivalent to SRF position) until the Ph.D. degree certificate is submitted.
Desired research experience: Candidates having past research experience in the areas of supramolecular chemistry, polymer synthesis and photophysical properties of self-assembled systems will be preferred.
Fellowship: As per rules of IACS
