Job Title: Pharmacist
No.of posts: 1 (One) UR
The scale of Pay: Level 5 of the Pay Matrix (Rs.29200-92300)
Qualification:
1. Two years Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution or equivalent.
2. Registered with State Pharmacy Council.
Age Limit: Between 18 and 25 years
Selection Procedure:
The selection will be based on the stages as follows:
1. Written Examination: The Written test will consist of 50 multiple choice questions to be completed in one hour.
2. Skill Test: For the post of Needle Women, Tailor, and Cook a Skill test will comprise of trade-specific practical test to assess the skills of the appearing candidates.
Other terms and conditions of the Skill test are:
(i) The Skill test will be specific for different posts.
(ii) Skill test is only a qualifying test. Results of the Skill Test will be announced on the same
day, after the test, as far as possible.(iii) Candidates are expected to take adequate care while undergoing Skill tests to avoid any injury to themselves or those around them.
(iv) The institute will not be responsible for any injury or damage suffered/caused during the Skill test.
(v) The decision of the committee at the venue regarding the fitness/un-fitness of candidates in the Skill test will be final.
(vi) Candidates should strictly obey the instruction issued by the institute official at the Skill test venue.
(vii) Candidates are advised to read the conditions specified in the employment notification carefully and appear for the Skill test only if they fulfill all the eligibility conditions mentioned therein. Please note that ineligible candidates detected at any stage will lead to disqualification.
(viii) Candidates will be allowed only one chance and requests for a second chance will not be entertained under any circumstances.
(ix) No request for the change in date, venue, and time for Skill Test will be entertained.
(x) Candidates are advised to appear for the exam inappropriate clothes and shoes.
(xi) Candidates should report to the Skill test venue one hour before the time indicated in the call letter. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the venue without producing the call letter.
(xii) Candidates have to bring their all original certificates for verification failing which they will not be permitted for skill tests.
3. Merit list: The institute will release a Merit list of eligible candidates based on their performance in the written examination.
The candidates who do not fulfill the above criteria need not apply. The number of seats may vary without assigning any reason.
- Candidates who are seeking reservation benefits in the OBC category should submit a certificate as per DOPT O.M. No. 36033/1/2013-Estt.(Res.), dated 13.9.2017.
Candidates who are seeking reservation benefit in the EWS category should submit an Income & Assets certificate to be produced by Economically Weaker Sections as per DOPT OM No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.2019. - True Scanned copies of all certificates, mark sheets, EWS certificate, testimonials and Caste/Disability Certificate (Wherever applicable) should be uploaded along with the application. Further, candidates who are selected through the written examination and are called for the Skill Test are directed to bring all certificates and testimonials in ORIGINAL on the day of counseling for verification of the certificates.
How To Apply:
The application form is to be submitted electronically ONLY by internet to CIP website: www.cipranchi.nic.in on or before 21.09.2021. A hard copy of the application form will not be entertained. Payment has to be made through an online transfer.
Examination Fee:
a. For Unreserved, EWS, and OBC candidates:- Rs.400/- (Rupees Four Hundred) only
b. For SC/ST candidates:- Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) only.
The amount should be paid online in the Bank of Baroda, Kanke Branch in favor of “Account Name:- Central Institute of Psychiatry, Account No.:- 26260200000205, IFSC code is BARB0KANKEE (Fifth character is Zero) and MICR code is 834012004. Please note that the examination fee is non-refundable.
- The admit card and a covering letter having necessary instructions will be made available on the CIP website. The admit card and the covering letter are to be downloaded and printed by the candidates and the same to be brought with them to the examination Centre.
- The examinee will not be allowed to enter the examination hall with any electronic communication gadgets, viz., Mobile Phones, pager, etc.
- Examinees, who come to the examination Centre, with such gadgets, shall have to make their own arrangements for keeping these outside the examination Centre. If anyone is found with these gadgets, he/she may be expelled from the examination. This should be strictly complied with.
- From the pool of applicants’ suitable candidates would be asked to appear for a written examination and skill test/counseling.
- The candidates are strongly advised to visit the C.I.P. website from time to time for relevant information and instructions regarding the date of written examination and skill test/counseling. The online form will be available on our website (www.cipranch.nic.in) from 21.08.2021.
- NOTE:-1. Candidates are directed to bring BLACK BALLPOINT PEN for the written examination. For filling up the answer sheet (OMR sheet) ONLY BLACK BALLPOINT pens must be used.
